Our campus includes Woodland Hills town homes, Cottage Apartments independent living apartments, Valley View assisted living apartments, and Lutheran Homes skilled nursing care, focused rehab, and dementia care. We provide the right level of care for each member of our community.

• Skilled, around-the-clock nursing care  for persons who require the services of a professional nursing staff or who are unable to live independently
• Assisted living that supplies three delicious meals daily, activities, housekeeping, laundry and a 24-hour staff.
• Independent living for active seniors age 55 or older that wish to enjoy the comfort and freedom of a retirement community lifestyle.
• One of the region’s most comprehensive rehabilitative programs, including physical, occupational and speech therapy.
• An all-inclusive dementia care program for those with Alzheimer's or another memory-related illness, designed to meet the specific and unique needs of those with memory loss.
